6. Payments and Refunds

  1. Booking and Cancellations:

    • Bookings canceled 24 hours prior to the service date will result in a credit for future services.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% deduction.

    • Refunds for service provider cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

  2. Additional Charges:

    • Delays in pick-up or drop-off services may incur additional fees.

    • Payments are accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).

  3. Payment Methods:

    • Payments are facilitated through secure third-party gateways. We are not liable for transaction issues with these gateways.

7. User Conduct

    • Provide accurate information during registration and service bookings.

    • Avoid sharing content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal.

  2. Prohibited Activities:

    • Misuse of the platform or its services is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Liability and Indemnity

    • While we strive to ensure your pet’s safety, we are not liable for incidents such as escapes, injuries, or health issues during services.

  2. Abandoned Pets:

    • Pets not collected on time may be sent to adoption centers at your expense.

  3. Valuables and Belongings:

    • Do not send valuables with pets. We are not liable for their loss or damage.

    • Users must ensure their pets are adequately prepared for the service and disclose any special requirements.
